An interesting case
Here are some notes from an interesting case involving the forensic imaging of a computer hard drive. What privacy rights does the defendant have when a computer is used for both business and personal stuff? How would you approach this type of situation? I know that I've seen many PC based DVRs that were used to manage all aspects of the owners life, as well as recording his CCTV.
