In interesting news from the UK, it seems that the month of February has been dedicated to the destruction of CCTV cameras in all of their forms - including these traffic cameras (Gatsos).
This man seems to be taking an angle grinder to this Gatso.

This Gatso was burned out in West Yorkshire.
I don't know how much traction this movement will get outside of the UK, but we should definately be on the look out for a potential rise in vandalism.
