Forensic Photoshop Configurator Panel
With the release of Configurator 2, I'll be updating the Forensic Photoshop Configurator Panel to be compatible with Photoshop CS5. Stay tuned for more details.
Yes, but it's a little more involved than just Photoshop. The paper has to either be scanned or photographed under the right conditions ... it's more of a Questioned Document question. Photoshop is just one piece of a bigger puzzle in your case.

Can I use Forensic PS to reveal text that was originally crossed out on paper with a black marker?
