Still Images from Flash files

I had a question come across my path about getting still images out of Flash movies. Here's a procedure:


File>Export>Export Movie

Save as File Type - PNG Sequence

Click on Match Screen to match the output dimensions to the actual file's dimensions. 

Select - Colors: 24 bit with alpha channel

When you click OK, Flash begins to output still images.
