Often times, users have to "digitally sign" documents in the legal process. That being said, sometimes an actual signature is required. What if you could combine the two ....? With Photoshop, you can.
Check out Simon Rudd's tutorial on making a custom shape of your signature. Once you have this custom shape in your inventory, "signing" documents in Photoshop becomes easy.
