Interpretation - the heart of a video analyst's work

In the May/June 2010 edition of Evidence Magazine, you'll find an outstanding article by Grant Fredericks - Can Video Evidence Be Trusted?

Interpretation is now a critical component of our work. Who can you trust to interpret video evidence? Untrained first responders? Wedding Videographers? Art school students?

It's an interesting read and well worth a look. Feel free to share it with your chain of command when discussing training budgets. :-)
